Abstract
Objectives: as known oncogenic modulators of tumorigenesis. Materials and Methods: The AGS cells were treated with Gemini-Cur and pure Cur in a time- and dose-dependent manner. The toxicity of Gemini-Cur was studied using 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide and scratch tests. Furthermore, real-time polymerase chain reaction and Western blotting techniques were employed to evaluate the expression of genes. Results: in treated samples compared to controls. Conclusion: -related pathway.
