Abstract

Abstract We review the current status of the theory predictions for elastic $$\mu $$ <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mi>μ</mml:mi></mml:math> - e scattering, describing the recent activities and future plans of the theory initiative related to the proposed MUonE experiment.
