Abstract

The concentration of PF 6 − anions within the electric double layer at the electrode/electrolyte interface is increased by the cobalt phosphide coating on the surface of synthetic graphite particles. This results in the formation of a LiF-rich SEI layer, enhancing the fast-charging performance.
