Terbium-doped LiYbF<sub>4</sub>nanomaterial-based scintillator responding to X-rays with high-resolution imaging applications

Abstract
As a new scintillation material, LiYbF 4 nanocrystals exhibit high stability and strong absorption of X-rays, and appear competitive in high-resolution X-ray imaging with a spatial resolution of 20 LP mm −1 (MTF = 0.35).
