Abstract

A “top down” strategy for the transformation of Co NPs to Co SAs was proposed and the synthesized Co SAs/CNF electrocatalyst exhibited excellent electrocatalytic NO 3 RR activity with a FE of 91.30% at −0.70 V vs. RHE.
