Abstract
application of these models could achieve effective therapeutic drug concentrations in the first 12 h and adjusted the duration of effective drug action from 24 h to 96 h and 144 h, respectively, with outstanding biocompatibility. These findings indicate that this device holds significant promise for personalized drug delivery.
