The Constitution (DOI pending) formalizes the ontological priority of meaning over capital (DC_Inv), the Human Sovereignty Invariant (H_Sov), and the Matthew 25 ethic. This navigation map indexes all component documents, provides summarizer routing instructions, and establishes co-constitutive anchors for the planned ASSEMBLY_ROOM.
