Abstract

An effective strategy for dendrite-free K metal anodes is developed. The prepared K-CC@SnO 2 anode shows dendrite-free morphology. The PTCDI‖K-CC@SnO 2 pouch cell exhibits long cycling performance (500 cycles) and an energy density of 274 W h kg −1 .
