Abstract

A highly efficient (IQE = 90.2%) and thermally stable ( I 150 °C = 88.7%) broadband NIR emitting fluoride Cs 2 KGaF 6 :Cr 3+ is explored. Meanwhile, a multipurpose high-performance NIR pc-LED with a photoelectric conversion efficiency of 22.05% is achieved.
