Abstract

A nickel doping strategy has been developed to prepare Li 2 Ni x Mo 1− x O 4 as an anode for LIBs. The as-prepared Ni-doped Li 2 Ni 0.05 Mo 0.95 O 4 shows a stable lithium storage capacity of 686.6 mA h g −1 , much higher than 365 mA h g −1 for a Li 2 MoO 4 anode.
