Abstract

The copolymerization between 4-VP-PHI, MMA and the Eu 3+ -complex results in white light emitting Eu 3+ -metallopolymer, which not only has a lower detection limit, but also a more remarkable color change compared to 4-VP-PHI for the sensing of Zn 2+ .
