Abstract

Due to the advancement of information technology, there's a growing emphasis on effective decision-making across various domains. Information technology systems are recognized for their potential to enhance decision-making processes, particularly in fields such as business, economic, social politics, and education. The widespread adoption of e-learning software underscores its pivotal role in educational systems. Meanwhile, MOOCs have emerged as a transformative technology, providing scaled advantages as increased learning chances for neglected populations and better availability of excellent education. Remote-based instruction has become increasingly vital to mitigate disruptions in learning, especially in light of current worldwide occurrences like the COVID-19 epidemic. A bibliographic analysis of machine learning approaches used in e-learning shows that, even with MOOCs being acknowledged as a progressive educational tool, there is still need for more research. This essay serves as a valuable resource for educators, decision-makers, and researchers navigating the complexities of e-learning in the digital age. The trend of primarily using online platforms for teaching and learning has quickened, driven by factors like social distancing measures and campus closures. Consequently, there has been a surge in the utilization of e-learning technology.
