Abstract
Mixed-coordinated borophosphates with a large B/P ratio, K<sub>3</sub>B<sub>4</sub>PO<sub>10</sub>and K<sub>2</sub>MB<sub>4</sub>PO<sub>10</sub>(M = Rb/Cs), exhibit deep-UV cut-off edges and a relatively large birefringence.
