Alpha helical surfactant-like peptides self-assemble into pH-dependent nanostructures

Abstract
A designed surfactant-like peptide is shown, using a combination of cryogenic-transmission electron microscopy and small-angle X-ray scattering, to have remarkable pH-dependent self-assembly properties.
