Electrically Driven Microcavity Exciton-Polariton Optomechanics at 20 GHz

Abstract
A new platform based on a hybrid optomechanical microcavity for coupling of electrically excited gigahertz phonons and exciton-polaritons provides a coherent interface between microwave and near-infrared photons.
