Abstract

The authors focus on memory function of the physical reservoir computing by spintronics devices with delayed-feedback current. This work reports an achievement of high memory capacities in spintronics reservoir over a wide range of the delay time, whereas a periodic reduction of the memory capacity is also found when the delay time is an integer multiple of the input pulse width.
