Abstract
In this paper, we establish the inductive Alperin weight condition for the finite simple groups of Lie type <inline-formula content-type="math/mathml"> <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" alttext="sans-serif upper A"> <mml:semantics> <mml:mrow class="MJX-TeXAtom-ORD"> <mml:mi mathvariant="sans-serif">A</mml:mi> </mml:mrow> <mml:annotation encoding="application/x-tex">\mathsf A</mml:annotation> </mml:semantics> </mml:math> </inline-formula> , contributing to the program to prove the Alperin weight conjecture by checking the inductive condition for all finite simple groups.
