Abstract
Endocrowns have become widely accepted as an alternative to conventional fixed partial dentures and post-core restorations. From a mechanical standpoint, traditional endodontically treated cavities exhibit low fracture resistance. In contrast, ceramic endocrowns typically feature an occlusal portion ranging in thickness from 3 to 7 millimeters. Research suggests that increasing this occlusal thickness enhances the fracture resistance of ceramic endocrowns. This systematic review aimed to investi
