Abstract

Diffuse IHBD dilatation with both saccular and fusiform features associated with the peripheral funnel-shaped sign can be used for the diagnosis of CD on MRCP. Localized IHBD dilatation seems to be mainly related to primary intrahepatic lithiasis.
