Production and transport of plasma-generated hydrogen peroxide from gas to liquid

Abstract
The transport of H 2 O 2 and OH from an atmospheric pressure plasma jet to a liquid sample are investigated using multiple detection techniques and a plasma-chemical global model. Scaling and formation pathways species are presented and discussed.
