Phonon-assisted molecular upconversion in a holmium(<scp>iii</scp>)-based molecular cluster-aggregate

Abstract
A photon-assisted holmium-based molecular upconversion was achieved using a rationally designed spherical MCA. The synthesized Ln 20 MCA exhibits green and red emissions with a uniquely enhanced red to green ratio as well as the NIR emission.
