Abstract
A photoactivated theranostic luminogen, reported by Li and his coworkers, is found to have excellent lipid droplet targeting ability and viscosity-response characteristics. Due to its high lipid solubility and ease of fusion with tumors, the tumor fluorescence imaging for diagnois and photodynamic therapy with ferroptosis synergistic apoptosis through light stimulus are demonstrated, achieving integrated diagnosis and treatment photoimmunotherapy of tumors.
