Abstract

Two new Cd-based LMOFs ( MOF-1 and MOF-2 ) were prepared with good photoluminescence properties. MOF-2 exhibits high sensitivity in detecting Fe 3+ with a very large quenching coefficient of 27 027 M −1 . It has potential application in the chemical sensing of CrO 4 2− and Cr 2 O 7 2− .
